Tell me what person/couple this song reminds you of.
Any fandom, whether I know it or not. Why does it remind you of them? Are there any specific events in that person's/persons' life/lives that this specifically reminds you of?
Just something I'm curious to hear your opinions on, because I'm trying to figure it out myself. If it's a couple, I'd be guessing one of my "opposites attract" ones. If it's a person, it's someone who has gone through a lot of shit and has a rough relationship with everyone around them.
Also, the line about "I can't be who you are," makes me think of someone trying to be better than their teacher, and that inevitably leads to JD/Cox, but it still doesn't feel quite right. Then I think of Luke Skywalker, which is an odd choice, because he didn't have much of an opposite attitude to Obi-Wan.
Hrm... what about an anti-hero? Riku from Kingdom Hearts? Oh, oh! This IS a total anti-hero song, I just realized, and Riku seems perfect. And now JD/Cox makes sense in an opposite standpoint, with Cox singing to JD.
Anybody else have ideas?
