Its called 'Bag Borrow or Steal.' They ship you a designer purse of your choice and if you love it you can 'steal' it for a good price, or send it back and get a new one. You can keep them as long as you like (I think) and there arn't any fees unless you destroy it and want to return it. The only bad part is that there's a monthly price for membership. However there are different levels you can choose to sign up as (ranging in price, $20 a month to $100 a month), one of which is called 'DIVA'.
If I had only thought of this first I'd be swimming in money like Scrooge McDuck. Damnit.
