So yes, I am still here. That ice storm we had threw everything off, so I've been busy with holiday stuff and writing. *g* So I am behind on EVERYTHING, especially reading other peoples' fics

That ice storm really messed up my schedule! And it didn't help that Thanksgiving was SO LATE this year. So I was shopping and shopping and writing and writing, because if I'm able to write I should write. :D

I recall that fic (I think I am going to reread it though). I fear this new baby Colt may have no better luck in his life than your Colt. Why parents want to doom their kids from the start is beyond me.

*g* I think it's a pretty good fic, if I do say so myself. And yeah. I mean, Colt is a perfectly acceptable name, but why give your kid that middle name? It's like naming your kid Browning Rimfire or Ruger Blackhawk.

... come to think of it, I'll bet there ARE kids out there named Ruger.

At first I thought it might sound too "foreign," but then I was like "Well, when did that ever stop someone?" So yeah. I think it's very possible.

There may even be kids named Kalashnikov around. I mean, "Kalash" could be a name.
