Another legend gone
"Joseph Barbera, who with William Hanna founded powerhouse animation factory Hanna-Barbera, creator of TV gems such as "The Flintstones" and "The Jetsons," died of natural causes at his home Monday. He was 95."
Not to mention Tom & Jerry, Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear & Boo Boo, Magilla Gorilla, Jabberjaw, Jonny Quest, Dastardly and Muttley, the Laff-a-lympics, and of course Shaggy and Scooby.
I suppose living to 95 and being responsible for 85-90% of the cartoons that shaped my childhood isn't bad. :)
