I Need to Stop Reading the News
I caught some news on yahoo that made me cry.
It's this video of this dog. A news crew was going to one of the more stricken areas of Japan and they came across this dog. He's filthy, cold and scared. He keeps running to the crew then away. They finally figure out why: he's protecting his friend. The other dog I thought was dead at first but then he moves. It's just so... I can't even put into words.
The dogs have since been rescued and are receiving treatment.

When we get our finances sorted out I want to donate to either World Vets (there's a link in that story to donate to World Vets) or American Humane's Red Star team. Both are gathering resources to send aid to Japan for the animals. I do understand that people are hurt, too, but people usually get the most help in these situations and I'd like to help the animals out a bit.
