Concert
wow i went to a Big D and The Kids Table and the Dropkick Murphys show on friday. it was fucking awesome! it felt so good to skank again even tho they played more punkish shit so it was more of a "i can push harder than you" in the pit. some guy almost passed out on me and i asked if he was ok and then he just lent down and pushed me up to crowd surf. it was really unexpected yet really fun. i saw my friend Molly on stage. she's the fiance of the lead singer of The Boils, an amazing punk band. and when they let all the girls go up onstage at the end, i was the first one on stage and started the skank line and went and chatted with Molly. she had tried to get me back stage passes but the Murphys only had so many. oh btw, her fiance is best friends with the band. and then i saw Dave the lead singer from Big D after the show and we chatted about boston and shit and he signed a poster for me and i love him. he's such a nice person, like he could totally be a total jackass. and he gave me a hug! and then me, Molly, Greg(the fiance) and my roommmate Lee hungout after and we went to a bar but got kicked out by the bouncer but it was still really fun. it was an awesome night. and on sunday the Boils are having a CD release show and i'm invited to their BBQ and i'm really really excited. they are such nice people! i've got the ill hookups here! phillys turning out to not be too shabby :) and its awesome cuz Greg knows all these bands from Boston and its like a brotherhood when your like, yo i'm fuckin from boston. its just really cool to meet all these awesome people in bands from Boston.
