jesus got this sweet lady jane berries shortcake at the coffee table last night and it was soooo good. very pretty, too - i couldn't stop staring at it! beats the alcove's over-sugary and not so fresh-tasting cakes any day! also got an impressive slice of cherry pie to take home to jake...
(but i'm sure i will continue going to the alcove, 'cause it's just such a nice place to sit.)
