Kitties and Coffee
BF and I need to head out soon and visit a cat. We've been babysitting a friend's cat for the last few days and we've become quick attached to her. It's really tugs at the heartstrings when we just start to put the key into the keyhole and we instantly hear her meowing on the other side of the door. Poor girl. So we make sure to play with her and pay her lots of attention when we go over.
Until then though we have coffee to sip. While the bf has his normal Colombian I have my special blend...
1 tbs sugar,
2-3 tbs unsweetened cocoa
some milk
fill the rest of the cup with regular coffee
Yum. It's coffee with a tinge of dark chocolate flavour. Keep in mind that all of this is in an extra large coffee mug so for smaller mugs down the dosage of ingredients, unless you really really like the chocolate flavour. I'm not too big on overly sweet coffee myself, but this is just the right balance between sweet and rich that I like.
