An old favorite...

I was playing an old tape in my car cassette player. It happened to be a mix tape that I had made from CDs I (or my roommates) owned when I was an undergrad at the University of Illinois. Most of them were from normal pop music hits of the time, but one of them stuck out as something just a wee bit unusual:

Nice! Was this for one of our roadtrips? There are certain songs I still here that remind me of those car trips, particularly that semicharmed kind of life (baby, baby) one.

It's possible. I vaguely remember making the tape - almost every artist is a woman. I think it was supposed to be my 'strong woman' mix tape. However, at one point I ran out of songs, I guess, and added Joxer the Mighty and "Impression that I get."

Kinda kills the theme, in retrospect. Unless it was supposed to be 'strong female, weak male'.
