a lil prayer...

as i lay me down to sleep
i give my soul for angels to keep
and if another person dies while i rest
tell them i only hope for the best
shelter them from the sad pain
and the sorrow make them choose to abstain
and if my life decides to go
tell my mommy i loved her so
and while she crys tell her that life goes on
and that in her heart im never gone
as for me let the angels pray
that from sanity i dont drift away
and while the nightmares chase me down
that my face doesnt curl up into a frown
or make me cry anymore tears
because i have had enough fears
let the world stay silent and peacful for today
dont let things change from that is all i pray
