Meme - something simple to do while my brain is asleep
Took this Meme from Ashu-chan, it looked like a fun distraction so here it goes.
1. What curse word do you use the most?
If you ever hear me curse its probably time to start running. I never curse in public either spoken or written, I just don't feel it is necessary. I don't mind people cursing around me but I have no desire to use such language.
2. Do you own an iPod?
I do, I love it but I need a bigger one 80GB isn't enough, I've had to start taking things off, I cannot survive if I cannot carry my entire music collection in the palm of my hand.
3. What person on your flist do you talk to the most?
If you talk to me, I talk to you, I feel no need to keep track, too many other things to worry about
4. What time is your alarm clock set to?
Which one, I have a complex alarm set up for different days and situations as needed.
5. Do you still remember the first person you kissed?
Probably my mom or my dad, but I'm afraid I'm not sure which it was.
You mean romantically? Didn't anyone ever tell you that a lady never kisses and tells ;)
6. Do you remember where you were on 11/9/01?
Of course, I was at home getting ready for school, when my brother got home he told me what happened and I didn't believe him but when we turned on the tv the truth was clear. But I had to go to school right, I went there in a kind of daze and when I arrived found out everything was cancelled and closed so I just had to go back home again.
7. Would you rather take the picture or be in the picture?
Usually I prefer taking the picture but I really need to improve my ability to be in a picture so I should practice that.
8. What was the last movie you watched?
Ummmm, I think it was The Princess Bride, one of my all time favorite comfort movies. My brother can recite the entire thing and if he gets a word wrong I can correct him.
9. Do any of your friends have children?
Quite a few, even my younger cousins and baby brother, where did the time go
10. Has anyone ever called you lazy?
I don't remember if others have, probably a few, but I call myself lazy all the time.
11. Do you ever take medication to help you fall asleep?
No. Occasionally I'll take a melatonin supplement but even that is rare, I hate manipulating my body with chemicals if I can avoid it.
12. What CD is currently in your CD player?
Ummm, I said I have an Ipod with my whole collection, what do I need a CD player for. I have one, but I don't need it and I rarely use it.
13. Do you prefer regular or chocolate milk?
I always preferred regular, though I don't drink milk so often now.
14. Has anyone told you a secret this week?
Probably, I'm not always sure if things are "officially" a secret but if it seems at all private I'll keep it to myself anyway, I have a tendency to keep people's secrets longer than they do.

A week ago.

17. What is the first thing you notice about the opposite sex -- people you find attractive?
Hmm, not sure, maybe hair, I like hair but often the hair is the only thing I like about the person so they don't hold my attention for long.

At the moment there's not much coming up soon to look forward to, its going to be a difficult summer.

A few, we were pretty limited on what we could watch but I actually got up early to watch the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before school everyday.

Several. Let's see...Ozzy Osborne, Journey, Linkin Park, Queensryche, Evanescence, Gackt...maybe a few others but I can't remember.

Probably something similar to what I'm doing now, wasting time online in various ways.

Define "In love". If you mean real committed love then I very much doubt it. There are usually a couple around who end up rather "smitten" with me, makes me feel so bad when I know I can't return their feelings.

Don't know, it is a very rare for me to cry. I had a few years where I was incapable of crying at all and once I got over that it was still pretty rare. Actually, I cried when I had to say goodbye to my cats after my visit back to the US, my poor babies, I always feel so guilty leaving them...

I'm on my bed, my laptop doesn't like people sitting on it.

No, my stomach doesn't like much when its early, if I eat anything it is usually very light, I start really eating at lunch.

I have no problems getting along with either. The problems happen when the guys start wanting to date me and I'm happy with things as they are, then they just stop talking to me, very sad really.

I ran straight into the arm of a chair when I was 3 or 4. My mom took me to emergency thinking I might need stitches, I sat there for three hours terrified I would need stitches only for them to give me a fancy bandaid.

My manager, completely incompetent and only makes every problem worse, I've tried to be patient but really enough is enough.

do you mean like or like. I like a lot of people, that's not difficult. It takes a lot to make me like a person and if I do I'm not likely to admit it openly.

I don't dive, I don't really know how to swim. I love the water but I'm not very comfortable in it, probably because of some slightly traumatic situation during childhood and lack of opportunity to be around it.
