I very much enjoyed the argument about chess here, because I've been struggling with a similar idea - in my case, Teal'c disappointed in watching Jack and Daniel play, because he thought the Tau'ri were better than the Goa'uld and wouldn't believe in cold-blooded strategy with such sacrifices. I think you handle it much better than I ever could!

I went back and forth about what Teal'c would think of chess, and I'm still not sure this is 'right.' It was fun, though.
