Summary: Together with Dongho, Taemin discovers three unexpected things about his hyung, his friends, and himself.
A/N: dedicated to bopeep_achu because you mentioned Taemin/Dongho and bam! This idea came XD it was fun to write, because an oblivious and innocent Taemin is adorable, and Dongho is love ♥ XD comments are very appreciated because this is my first time writing fics with these people in it ^^
It was during a break from recording Idol Maknae Rebellion, while he and Dongho were walking around together, that Taemin made the three most shocking revelations in his life.
The first was the most frightening because, at first, he hadn't known what was going on. They had turned around a corner in one of the hallways in the building and halted almost immediately, the fifteen-year-old stopping in mid-sentence of their conversation concerning the MakBanShi team. They had stopped because down the hall from them were two people they knew; Jinwoon and Key. It wouldn't have been that strange of an occurrence, had the singer not have been holding Taemin's bandmate against the wall. He opened his mouth to yell out, because he really didn't want what appeared to be a fight to start, and promptly choked on his words when suddenly the two were locking lips heatedly.
He was saved from being caught standing there staring by Dongho, who dragged him back the way they came by the hand. Once they were a relatively safe distance away they sat down on the floor in silence.
“Wha...” Was what Taemin said finally, but he lacked the rest of the sentence to continue. Lucky for him, the other knew what he meant.
“You didn't know?” When he received a shake of the head Dongho sighed, stretching his legs out and leaning against the wall. “I thought you of all people would've known something like that, I mean you're both in SHINee. That whole thing with Nicole noona was her idea of a cover up. But I guess you're not as sharp as I am. I found out about Kevin hyung and Kibum hyung way before anyone else.”
“Huh?” Taemin supplied to the conversation that was in the middle of his second revelation, and then seemed to realize how foolish he sounded. “You mean, your hyung deul are... are...”
“Gay?” He was blunt as always. “Yeah, and so are a lot of people we know, like your Key hyung and some of you Super Junior friends, too.”
He stared at the floor with wide eyes, letting it all sink in. No way would he have thought-- okay wait. So he had had some suspicions about his umma. Key was a diva, a clean freak, and did have a feminine obsession for shopping. But he hadn't thought that he was gay, and with someone.
“Taemin? You okay?”
When he jumped at looking up to find Dongho's face leaning closely near his, the U-Kiss member smirked slightly, resulting in the elder of the two - though he really didn't feel like the elder - to blush and move back nervously.
“Hm? What's wrong, Taeminnie~?” Dongho brought himself dangerously close to the other, smiling innocently even with a gleam in his dark eyes that only he would've inherited from his fellow group members.
Before Taemin could respond - though lack of oxygen kind of prevented that anyway - warm lips were pressed against his, and all other thoughts were gone.
But at last Dongho's shyness came through, allowing Taemin to be able to take charge as much as his own shyness would allow. The dancer slowly raised his hands to the other's chest, hesitated, and then gripped onto the fabric of his shirt. Dongho made a soft sound into the sweet kiss, but didn't break it.
And Taemin just decided to go with the flow, not knowing what would happen after and just staying in the moment. His third and final revelation being that maybe, like so many of his hyung deul supposedly, he liked boys, too.
A/N: Okay so~ wondering if I should do a sequel? LOL this was fun to write and I already have some ideas, but like, then I thought "what if no one even like this?" so yeah, I'm debating with myself XD
