Katy lost the hamster today. I put her cage on the floor and set up an elaborate food trail to get her back, but my hopes aren't too high. Katy made up a story to feel better about how it went to go see a friend, and in my anger I may or may not have told her that no, it was not visiting anyone, it was going to end up in the back of a closet and starve to death.
