DAY 09 - Favorite stores/shopping centers.
in Kochi the one and only western style mall, AEON, was my favorite place to shop. within AEON my favorite store was JUSCO because it was it not only had everything but the prices were decent and the clothing/shoe sizes weren't as different from American sizes as other places.
in Japan in general, my favorite store HANDS DOWN is Tokyu Hands. Tokyu Hands is THE best department store in the ENTIRE WORLD!! and no, i dont need to go see the rest of the wordl's department stores to be able to say that. it is just THE best. the ONLY department store that i can spend hours upon hours in and never get bored. if you go to Japan you MUST go to Tokyu Hands. period.
