productivity: awesome x3!

so, during lunch i went and picked up the 3 photobooks that i ordered last week and they are absolutely AWESOME. worth every yen i spent on them, omg. i think i might need to amend the question about my most prized possession in my last entry. D;

i ordered them through Kitamura Camera (the big photo/camera chain on Shikoku, i dont know if they`re elsewhere in Japan):
- arranged format (ie, the photos are arranged into various premade layouts rather than just a single photo to a page)
- 38 pages
- 100 photos total
===============
cost me: 4,048yen/book

that may seem really expensive-- it certainly did to me, until i realized that at 37yen/photo (standard photo size), 100 individual photos would have costed me only slightly less than the book did and then i`d have a huge stack of photos on my hands. the price of the book was according to the number of pages, not photos, so yeah. i <3 Kitamura Camera`s photobooks now and must recommend them to everyone.

in fact, i`m thinking that i will have to make more photobooks through them before i leave Japan/Kochi. perhaps i`ll get one (or a couple) made of Kochi photos. maybe one of Yosakoi photos. possibly a couple for Japan in general?

lol i better set aside a lot of money just for the purpose of making photobooks..... not that i`ll be taking a lot more photos in the future since i shouldn`t travel... >_>;;

speaking of money, i am fkin broke. seriously... i don`t regret the money i`ve spent on photos, but eep. with 2 large phone bills this month (thanks to switching phone companies, among other things) and an enkai to pay for tomorrow, i have concluded that i can only spend a max of 880yen/day from now till payday (sept. 16th) in order to get by without touching my savings. 880yen/day for EVERYthing, including transportation. once school starts again, that`s going to be really hard...

gah, payday cannot come soon enough.
*hugs photobooks*

money, photos, w00t
