milk is a regional product, so yeah... the milk my school uses is exclusive to shikoku.

do the schools also prepare lunches for the students everyday? and if so, are you eating the same lunches as the students..?

that's spiffy! in Việt Nam schools provide lunches as well, but i've yet to try one. i'm not sure how they match up to that!
