D; oh god, all the ppl i saw out in their yukatas and stuff to see the fireworks tonight.... no fireworks for Kochi, nope. man, and ppl were out as early as 11am to get a good spot for the fireworks and now they`re being DROWNED OUT, it`s pouring so bad.... D;
atleast the rain held off during yosakoi. :`x
*edit* just saw the news, man they`re waiting to decide whether to call off the fireworks?? how can they even do it if the ground is soaked and the air is wet? D; wow
*edit* ...and there the fireworks go. D; gotta hand it to the city, they`re persistant. i dont feal like busting out my camera.
*edit* ...and just as i posted that, it starts to rain again and the fireworks stop. lmao D; that sucksass.
