today`s my last day.... ;-; tomorrow morning is the start of my nearly 24hr journey back to Japan and i`m really not looking forward to it. not that i`m not ready to go back to Japan (more like i`m not ready to go back to work), but traveling for so long just really sucks. on plane, off plane, sit around, on plane on plane on plane on plane on plane, off plane, run run run, on plane, off plane, bus ride, walk drag walk, home = my 24hr journey starting tomorrow.
today i need to get a lot of last minute things done....! pack some stuff i wanna ship back to myself and get them to the post office, buy food to sneak back into the country, do laundry, pack, buy more stuff and pack that stuff, say a quick "hi, bye" to some people, etc. early this morning i was sick with some kind of food poisoning (no idea what caused it) but i`m better now so i`m getting ready to run around town. i really hope that i can get everything done that i need to get done today. :[ my flight from Vegas to San Fransisco leaves at 8 something tomorrow morning so nothing can be left for tomorrow. i have already gotten the two most important things (renewing of my license and taxes) done, thankfully.
when i get back in Japan (ie when i land at Narita airport) i`m going to have to do the crazy-mad dash through customs/immigration and onto an airport limousine (ie. a shuttle bus between airports) to Haneda airport to catch my plane to Kochi. as with my last trip back from America, i`m only going to have around 3 hrs to get off one plane at one airport and onto another airplane at another airport that`s over an hour away by bus. >_<; and the plane to Kochi is the last plane of the day, so if i miss it i am royally screwed in more ways than one. provided i make my plane (and i WILL make my plane damnit) to Kochi, i`ll get there around 8 something at night i believe, then i have to catch a bus into the city and i should get home around 9 something pm? then i have work the next morning! jetlagged, exhausted and all i`ll have to drag my bum out of my futon for a half day of work. i should have requested the half day off... >_>; meh. but i`ll probably get to meet the 3 new ALTs in my office, so hopefully i don`t look like utter crap. D; hopefully i dont pass out in a chair and drool lol....
