(no subject)
America has issues.
not that we all don't already know this, and not that other countries don't have issues too, i just felt like saying it. i feel for the people at Virginia Tech, but this seriously shows how screwed America is.
anyway, i've gotten just about all of the paperwork for JET mailed off and taken care of.... i'm just waiting for my physical exam on thursday, then i have to mail that, along with a couple other things, to the Consulate of Japan here in Portland. then hopefully i can relax a little more... >_>; things have been stressful.
and costly. -_- having spent 157$ today on an expedited passport application, i'm so broke now. i've even had to cancel my cable tv and i'm about to have to cancel my high speed internet... i'll have to use the college's crappy ResNet. bye bye torrenting... -_-; :sigh: but it'll be worth it...
came home yesterday to find poor Obsidian sick. i'll spare you the descriptive details, but it was sickening to see/smell what he had done, and i dont have the money to take him to a vet. i had just taken him in like 2 weeks ago for worms and they seriously raped me for all i had. =_=; f'in bastards. AND THEY WANT 200$ TO FIX HIM. screw them.
but he needs to be fixed... :sigh: just not by them. and i need to work up the money first.... but he keeps pissing on things...!! gah. i need money...
anyway, he seems to be feeling better now, but i still should get him something for his diarrhea. and of course, Mister Gray had gotten worms from Obsidian before i had taken him in, but didnt start showing signs until after. -_-'
i'll stop typing now, but being so tight on money with two cats who need meds sucks.
my insurance better cover all of the physical thursday.
