Twice in the last week and a half I have woken up before dawn with my shoulder in spasm. This morning I couldn't control the involuntary whimpers. Ice and lying on a clave helped, some, but I've got burning, throbbing pain in my shoulder and tingling in my right hand.
This injury happened a couple of years ago! The pain subsides, and then comes back viciously. Clearly, I need PT, but I can't afford it. Made an attempt, last year, but we didn't really get to the heart of the problem in the 12 sessions I could manage to pay for, and I'm not sure that the exercises I was left with were the right exercises. So I'm not successfully treating it at home.
Giant baby is not helping.
All this to say that I'm extremely distracted and ineffective at work today. I can deal with what comes at me, but things that require forethought? Forget it.
what will we do then?,
grouchy whining,
exercise is our friend,
