Icon Meme & Summer Time
Good Lord, it is gorgeous. Sunny, breezy, in the mid-eighties... le sigh. It is perfect. And it all adds up to make the best official start to summer ever!
I spent some time at Madison's Brat Fest this afternoon and am now contemplating either going swimming in Lake Mendota or taking a nap in the sun like a sleepy kitty. Decisions, decisions.
On another note, I stole yet another meme from coldthermistor so I am going to talk about some of my icons now!
1.
I made this icon from one of my favorite xkcd comics, called Cat Proximity. It is basically the story of my life. The closer I am to a cute animal (especially a kitty), the more inane my comments become. I usually use this icon for silly gleeful comments that will most likely include this symbol: \o/

This is my typical Merlin icon! I loved this scene and I love these boys and... yep. It's pretty self-explanatory. Aren't they the most precious? ♥
3.
Yet another icon inspired by an xkcd comic, this time featuring the eternal joy of ball pits. I really love this icon; it's so happy and cute, hence why it is now my default icon, but its specific uses are usually when I am flailing around with hearts in my eyes about something or other.

This is my "HOLY CRAP" icon! It's from pirate-eggie's MSPaint comic, called "Howse!!1, M.D." which is, of course, based on House and pokes fun at the characters and certain episodes. It is - simply put - hysterical. My friend and I read this all the way back in high school and we still quote it for giggles.

I'm slowly building a collection of DC icons because (unfortunately) I cannot use Batman for everything, and since I've been reading and writing quite a bit of Trinity and JLA and Superman/Batman stories, I decided to get a Supes & Bats icon. Thus: Supertaxi! Also it's precious.
