Many Miscellaneous Musings
(Oh, alliteration, how I love thee. ♥)
Musing #1: I saw Tangled last night and MY GOD IT WAS ADORABLE. YOU SHOULD ALL GO SEE THIS MOVIE. IT IS PRECIOUSNESS IN A CAN DESPITE ALL OF THE USUAL DISNEY LOGIC FAIL. And I have a crush on Flynn. Perverse Sexual Lust, you say? Why yes. Yes, it is. And I don't care. He is rather dashing. And a thief. Apparently I like that.
ALSO HE FIGHTS WITH THE HORSE AND IT IS ADORBS. THEY ARE LIKE CHILDREN. LOOK AT THE CHILDREN.
*ahem* So yeah, it's a really cute movie. And I would ramble about it more but I'm too lazy to cut the spoilers. I WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN.
Musing #2: As I've mentioned before, I'm writing a modernized version of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight for a final project, and now I'm looking for a volunteer from my f-list who would be willing to beta my draft sometime early next week. It would have to be a rather speedy beta, too. I'm trying to get a rough draft done by tomorrow night (AHAHA YEAH RIGHT) or so, and then I have to write a paper comparing my version with the original. Both the story and the essay are due on Friday and I would like to get them done early so I have time to work on my 8-10 page paper that's due the next Tuesday, so... basically, the beta would have to be willing to work quickly. Any takers? I WOULD LOVE YOU FOREVER AND EVER.
No pressure or anything, of course. I'd just appreciate a second pair of eyes, you know?
Musing #3: SNOOOOOW. SO MUCH SNOOOOOW. There's a blizzard warning for tonight and tomorrow and I have nowhere to go until Monday, so LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOOOOOW. :D :D :D
Musing #4: I bought myself eggnog on Friday. Om nom eggnog. I think I love it more than is healthy.
