has been alright recently. I still don't technically have a taxable job yet, but my old neighbor offered to apprentice me in drilling and also needs help around his house. Furthermore, he'll pay me for my time. There's a start

Wow, you're not dead. Haha, things are going pretty well. I heard that you moved! How'd that go?

Nope, definitely not dead! And yeah, I'm up in Gainesville now, it's going okay. Got a new, good-paying job, but it's kind of a boring town made even more boring by not having any friends up here. I'm not sure if I'll be around for Megacon yet, but I'll let you know if I am!

Sounds great! Sorry about the dull town, but congrats on the new job. What're you doing for work these days?

I'm doing office-type work at a company that sells granite counter tops. It's not terribly exciting, but it's good experience and it keeps me busy.
