The ride back was a great time, indeed.
I had a lot of good conversation this weekend, and still not enough. I got a taste of what winter will be like, and that's pretty exciting. I told Dave and Chris on the ride back, that this past week felt like the spark of something new. I don't know why, or what is going to change, but I feel like the time home put something in motion that will be resolved in the winter when we all return. I'm more excited for that than anything. I love being back in Wilmington, but I'm strangely anxious to go back to see if this feeling becomes something real or not.
