(no subject)
i now have a car. it's not fancy...it has like near 0 features..it does have the few that i did want so i'm okay with that. i wanted cruise control and an aux port... but didn't want to be a fucking princess over it, so it's not like i'd kick the car out of bed if it didn't have these things. it's a solid well made car that will last tho and i'm happy with that. i just wish it was smaller and had a better turning radius. i really wanted another honda fit but the price was not right and the inventory was lame with no prospect of getting more in the future.
it's certainly going to take some getting used to that i have a car again. after a year and a half of no car, i'm used to not considering stores out of walking range... hell i don't even know where certain stores are because they are out of walking distance.
i'm totally going to get season passes for 6 flags. it will give goon and i something to do this summer and it's fairly cheap. even if i can't manage the horseback riding lessons i wanted to do for her, she'll at least have something she can say she did.
