Oh my...I am now swooning:

My New Years' plans I believe will now consist of:

New Year's Labyrinth: A canvas labyrinth inspired by the stone floor of the Chartres Cathedral in France. Used as a meditative tool, walk through it with candlelight accompanied by live music. 6 p.m.-midnight. $5. St. Mark's Cathedral, 1245 10th Ave. E.; 206-323-0300.

New Year's Eve Gala: The 16-member Cathedral Cantorei perform the works of Bach. 11 p.m. $25 donation; students/seniors pay as able. St. James Cathedral, 804 Ninth Ave. www.stjames-cathedral.org.
Allow me to explain:
Anyone who knows me knows I have an obsession with gothic architecture, rose windows, and Chartres, Reims, Amiens and Notre Dame are my favorites:

And then, to top off the giddiness I felt after reading of the labrynth event, I saw the one for Bach, and also for anyone who knows me, that Bach's Brandenburg Concerto #2 in F minor is one of my favorite musical pieces...and with the concert being at 11 pm and the labyrinth starting at 6...oh, my...

Oh, and my latest whiny blog...

Homage to Cameron Frye

Cheers.
