and currently into The Avengers (and nursing a serious crush on Jeremy Renner). Anyone know of any good Avengers fic? Gen fic or Hawkeye/Black Widow? Suggestions appreciated. I'm having a hard time sorting thru the sludge at the Pit of Voles.

*shudder* I'm in the fanfiction rants comm here on LJ, and all I've found being ranted there has persuaded me to avoid any and all fanfiction not written by people I already know.

Yeah. Well, I feel the same way about Lord of the Rings anymore so...

Yeah I've noticed little decent LOTR fic being posted. Maybe The Hobbit will bring the good authors back out of the cobwebs?

Yeah, maybe. I know I won't be one of those. I have an OC-centric fic I'm sort of working on, but I think I'll possibly post it here and no further. It's not like anyone who doesn't already know me has any interest in my fanfics anymore.
