I can't believe how much of my diet it fat! I ate withing my calorie allowance today (or I will have by the end of the day), and almost half of what I ate is fat! I had 2 slim-fast high protein bars (I need protein, and they're lower cal than using a protein drink, and they really do help me feel full plus I can take 'em with me anywhere), 2 servings of ground turkey with olives and taco seasoning, and some flavored water! I know fat should only comprise 20-35% of my daily diet, but I can't believe how much I ate today... I mean, I consider what I ate today to be healthy, but I'm wondering how I can reduce my fat intake. Interesting.
