Back to blogging!
Read about my new found diet; Flexitarianism (is that right?! hahaha

Yesterday was my 6yr with my amazing boyfriend! Time flies so fast when you're having the time of your life!

Anyway, I feel it's best to blog esp at times of stress. So here we go!

At the start of my nursing program, I weighed 115-117...my weight fluctuated throughout the program allowing me to weigh my heaviest at 123lbs. And I'm proud to say that I'm now 115.3 lbs! That's with no exercise! Just healthy eating. I'm not proud of not working out, I miss sweating and toning up....but at the end of the program I will get back!

Anyway , I plan on losing another 5 lbs. 110 was where I was at my happiest and it was only a yr ago where I weighed 110.

I decided to go on my flexitarian diet. I love meat so much but meat definitely adds alot of weight with my eating lifestyle. I tried watching what I ate but even w that i wasn't seeing much of a result.

My challenge for the next month is to watch my carbs and my meat intake! And triple the vegetable portion. Saturdays will be my cheat days where I eat anything I want (still in good moderation) but for the rest of my 6days, 2 tbsp of meat is only allowed. Since I don't eat pork, my beef consumption is 2tbsp (cut in cubes), my chicken breast is 2tbsp (shredded) and seafood should be half my normal intake.

Today I ate:
AM-
-soymilk w ovaltine

NOON-
-1 cup of brown rice
-1/4 potato
-two tbsp of beef

PM-
-1 cup fresh squeeze juice (cantaloupe and pears)
-2 garlic and herb crackers

****EDIT:
-3 cousin and i had those microwavable cakes with ice cream (tiny size ones)
-4 half a veggie burrito from chipotle

I feel normal. Wish i didn't have that cake though. Regret it.

I hope I get to continue this! They say if u do something for 30 days consecutively, you will grow accustom to your ways.
