For the 1st time in almost 5 yrs of working, I requested a week long vacay. Pordalab of Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards! A lot of First Times for me! ππ» 1st time travelling alone & going to NYC. I thought I wouldnt make it pa since I got sick several times last March but Thank God when April came, I recovered. So yeah, I went to LA 1st, grabe the excitement! I met up with the 1st batch of MAINEnatics USA west members. Sympre 1st time na naman, Team Herrrpert kami (Airport). We were there like 4pm afair, was waiting for KS team to arrive. So ako namang perstaym makikita si Meng was so nervous, na yung binibiro akong "Andyan na si Meng" taranta ang lola nio, nahulog lahat ng gamit, hanap sa marker, nakaupo na ko, kinakabahan at nanginginig na, Jeskelerd. what is kalma? π± iNIEwii, I put up our tarp at ang resourceful po ng members ko, nakakita ng tape somewhere para sa tarp. lol we waited...and waited..and waited... nag aantay kaming magkatabi na si bahoyhoy kung sino sa amin ang unang babagsak at magsasaluhan na lang kami. may dala pa ata syang katinko. lol nakakapagod. nakakagutom. feeling ko malapit na kong maghypogly pero yung will ko na mag antay at tumayo dun for 4hrs para makita si Meng ay sobrang strong. ππ» Walang makakapigil. In my mind I was like "Pordalab. Para kay Meng" The airport was packed with fans sa arrival section. tarps from diff FCs can be seen. The non fans or non Pinoys' who were passing by sa mga tarps and being surrounded by lots of people have those facial expressions na clueless of whats goin on and looked interested. Tas an FA stopped by sa amin and showed a photo from her phone, magkatabi sina A&M. OMG e di sympre we swooned and squealled in kilig! Jeskelerd, e di nabuhay ang dugo ko! lol Then one by one, dumating ang KS team. OMG ang ganda ni Nanay Dub π Very youthful looking. At eto na nga mga betty. Tulaley lang ako, ang bilis ng pangyayari. A&M arrived. ANG GANDA GANDA PO NI MENG. ang kinis! I was taking burst pics pa so hindi ko masyado syang natitigan. My friend was able to hand the flowers to her though. It was evident in her face na she was surprised to see 2 of our members (Ate R&Bry) there. I was happy! grabe anlapit namin sa knya and kay Alden. When I saw them I was like "Parang di sila totoo. Para silang Demi God & Goddess" Kiniiiis mygawd. Walang hustisya sa TV I swear!. Yknow what, It was really weird that when I finally saw them, yung expectations ko na iiyak ako hindi nangyari, di rin ako kinabahan. More on Tulaley. Happy. Nakangiti lang. Ganern. I was relieved. Kasi mas naenjoy ko ang 1st encounter. Sulit na sulit ang 4hrs wait guyth! pagdating sa hotel plakda kaming lahat hahaha.
The Jiti
Some of our members, 1st time palang mamimeet ang isat isa so we were really looking forward to it. Ay Jeske. Nung magkita, it looked like we've known each other for a long time. Ingay dito. Ingay don. Well, it really feels nice to flail our common likes and interests sa kapwa fangirl/boy! Kumbaga sa mga LT, may spark mehn! lelz idk if im making sense. sareh βπ»iNIEwii, pre con, we had an early dinner at BJs. at omg, lahat kami nakayellow! nakaFC shirt. sakop 4 tables. Yung saya ko gravity. MAINEnatics West x Global x Canada magkakasama. kung literal na magkakatabi kami baka nasilaw na sa amin si Kuyang Waiter, lelz. So we got to hang out and got to know each other before the show. Hindi rin nawala ang piktyer piktyer. πΈ
The Pre Show
haba ng pila mga betty! pero we decided na wag na muna pumila coz seats are reserved already nman. so we gathered together, took our tarps out. 3 tarps. bonggabels! huehuehue
Then boom! People were staring at us, taking pics and etc. But we are proud! We are proud to represent our FC. Happy to be there with our co members. Kasi that was like a mini Grand Jiti sa West Coast ππ» All of a sudden, yung mga official cameramen ng GMA Pinoy TV and etc lumapit na sa amin Sobrang Hyper namin, we were like screaming our lungs out na "We love you Menggay!" Ate Bex got interviewed, shared her experiences and ang pordalab naming lahat. How A&M changed and touched our lives. π Tapos eto na nga, kagulo na sa cheer. hahaha ang nasabi ata namin was We are MAINEnatics. We are Pinoy. We are Kapuso. We love you Menggay π Gravity dumog rin kami ng beri layt. At nauli ulit, Non Pinoys also asked us whats goin on kasi nga andaming tao, e di sympre todo naman kami explain sa Phenomenal Love Team π
The Show
I am still in awe whenever I saw JoWaPao perform. It was my 2nd time. Ang galing talaga nila. I love their voices! at ang blending ππ» Then.. OMG, for the 1st time, I saw the Pambansang Bae perform on stage. Jeske yung mga kinanta pa nakakanostalgic, yung mga kapanahunan ko lol tas yung omg. yung mga songs na when you hear them, MaiChard agad or Alden or Maine agad ang feels! Iba when you hear it with your own ears in real time. There was a part din na magical coz lights were dimmed then he asked us to raise our phones or glow in the dark stuffs while he's singing GGMY. Sky full of stars nga daw. π Then after he performed, he introduced Meng. Grabe yung sigawan sa Audi! Grabe nganga rin ako sa performance nia. Bias aside! Nakita ko na rin syang sumayaw and wow, ang galing! Mas nakakaproud when you see her perform talaga. At sympre nung silang dalawa na sumayaw nung Closer.. kyaaaaaa OMG *pukes rainbows* π kilig shemay! At yung KS, iba talaga pag complete sila. Ang feels!π Mr&Mrs Richards! Ang sexy po ni Madam sa suot nia. π At ang nakakaloka ay yung... tumama or di tumama? pero mukhang tumama at napaistulips e! ehrmehgeeed. *le dies* again. May busina pala, i was thinking at first na baka itutuloy sa KS sa TV pero may continuation tlaga. lelz
After the show
Gravity the tao sa may gilid ng audi. Parang may sugod bahay nagmamadali lahat na makahanap ng pwesto π. Lalabas kasi sila Meng & Alden pati na ang iba dun. So waiting uli kami. Saglit ko lang nakita, lalo yung nasa sasakyan na silang tinted. My other members were lucky to see them up close and sobrang blessed din na mahawakan si Meng and to say how much they love her. Im happy for them. TP talaga kung TP! Nakakatuwa kasi it brought them to tears. #TheMaineEffect πππ After nun, We met and talked to Sir Rams David, Took pictures with him too with our tarp. Grabe ang bait po nia. Very Accommodating sa fans. We love him! π
My 1st TP
Hindi ko na po ididetalye to masyado (kahit na ang haba pa rin to π ) Kung saan at paano. Pero I was able to see, say hello and wave to Meng. Then she did it in return din, Omg.π Nakatingin lang ako sknya. Nahihiya ako. hehe Gusto ko syang kausapin, yakapin pero I know shes tired & not feeling well so I didnt. π pero grabe lang ang ganda nia. Inuulit ko walang hustisya sa TV. mas maganda sya sa personal at malapitan. maliit din mukha nia. π Nakakaloka rin kasi alam mo yun, I have this top na nadaanan sa shop while I was in a hurry tas may M sya, so I bought it. Sabi ko sa sarili ko, kapag nakita at nagkachance akong makita si Meng, I hope Im wearing the M top. At grabehan, hindi ko inexpect. I wore it. I had this feeling kasi na baka makita ko sya at omggg. nangyari. nakakalokaaaaa π±π I was able to take a photo with Nanay Dub. Ang bait ππ Like Sir Rams, very accommodating si Nanay Dub, mabait at maalalahanin. NanayDubNatics na rin ako! hehe At jeske kumukota po ako sa TP. paglabas namin ng elevator, the elevator across from us, andun si Alden. At dahil sa gulat napawave na lang kami sknya, na nagwave back rin sa amin. tas ako, tulaley afterwards. kaloka the experience, kasi it was totally unexpected. tas minutes apart pa. omg yung puso ko buti kinaya iyon! ππππ»
The Day After
So plakda kaming lahat. Hahaha Tas malaman laman na lang namin na nabente kwatro oras kami hahahaha Im proud in a way na, they captured our FCs moment. Like yung maipakita how much we love and support A&M kahit andito kami sa US. Kasi its a memorable day and moment of our lives. Iyon kasi yung 1st get together to see the MaiChard, to see the members, to show our love, yung experience dito sa West. Ito yung unang uukit sa memories naman as a fangirl, as an FC. na we will forever cherish. ππ»πππ» sorry drama ko pero totoo to π
NEW YORK..
A DAY BEFORE THE SHOW
Sympre bangenge pa and anlayo ng beri layt ng Pasadena sa LAX so ayun, naNIExt Flight (Next Flight) ako hahaha Jeske. Pero buti n lng it arrived like almost the same time sa Newark dun sa original flight ko. Then I met with Ate Dia, she was kind enough to wait for me para sabay kami sa NYC. Since she kinda knows NYC. 1st time riding NYC subway, hala ka. sobrang packed. mas malala pa sa San Francisco at Chicago. Parang LRT sa Pinas hahaha Naglakad rin kami papunta sa hotel, kanda ikot ikot pa. It was tiring. I thought malamig, yun pala parang SF lang. Plus the Pagod and no decent sleep for the past few days since nagLA show pa ako. Pero worth it when I finally saw my other co members. Some of them flew from Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Texas pa and some lives in NJ/NYC. Grabe andami po nila, feeling ko Grand Jiti. It was really nice to finally meet them like Ms Style. Andaming akap! π At gravity, kainggit, nakapagpapic na sila kina Meng! hehe Im happy for them too! Andaming nagkaTP. Thnaks Meng for accommodating them all! π Pero mas natuwa ako when Kuya B finally got to see Meng. π Goals sila ni Ms Style! hihi iNIEwii, later in the evening, Mntcs bonded, went out to eat, tas biglang may update si Meng, na yung photo e parang sa baba lang ng kinakainan namin, silip kami, waley hahaha Hopia. pero omg. so near yet so far ah! π Went to Times Square din. It was so cool! I was kinda hoping rin na makita somewhere si Meng. lelz
DAY OF THE SHOW
Sympre admin duties ang peg namin nila Ate Gee & Beng so we were like MIA. And ang tad-huh-nuuuuuh, namissed na naman namin ang opportunity nung bumaba at lumabas ng hotel ang A&M, waley parin nyelfie. π yes guys, we were at the same hotel. Lucky nga kasi we didnt know at all nung nagbook. May time naman na we were able to see Meng, kaso dumog sya ng mga tao, ayaw rin naming dumugin sya so nagpic na lang kami from where we stood, when people were taking photos of her. hehe Just a remembrance lang ganun. Ganda nia talaga! she was wearing that NY dress. yung black. π Nakatingin pa din ako sknya, Kasi surreal pa rin tlga na Im looking at her with my own eyes mygawd.
At ako naman si mahina pakiramdam, nadaanan na ko ni Paolo di ko pa alam hahaha shems. Si Kuya Jose naman, i forgot to mention above, nakita namin sya. Hes very nice. It wasnt the 1st time na nakita ko sya pero it was still nice kasi hes my fave sa 3 e. so Im always excited to see him. Nakakatuwa din sya! anyway, balik sa kwento, so natapos na nga ang pagbili ng gifts namin. Pero I wasnt able to take part in wrapping em. keshe nemen, plakda. Jetlag pa more. Pagoda sa LA dahil walang tulog. so I had to rest, para may energy later on sa show.
This is it Pancit! we are ready to go sa Show!! at we were all dressed up. Yes, pati ako, huwaw. for a change hahaha pero shempre, pagdating sa venue, patong ang MAINEnatics FC shirt hihi At oo nga pala, I was shocked sa Yellow Bus! π± MIA rin ako sa GC so I didnt know it was really and actually a school bus! Gravity! Thank you ate Sha ng NE! Nakakatuwa! ππ»
We met up with Mntcs Canada also and they joined us sa ride. We put our tarps out. Bonggabels lang parang yung sa TV lang hehe. Sympre masaya ang ride to the venue kasi sama sama kaming lahat parang fieldtrip lang. at dahil epic fail ako lagi, baliktad pa ang Mntcs headband ko sa piktyer, ehrmehged huehuheue
When we arrived sa venue, medyo kaloka, parang grand entrance sa tabi, tapat na tapat ng tarps ang side ng King's Theater, Tinginan tuloy mga tao. lalo nung pagbaba namin at paggroup photo. May nagpipic pa ng bus. lelz. Yung American guard ba yun? Asked for our tickets, akala ko may kasalanan kami, nagtawag pa ng isa! omg! yun pala akala VIP kami π Enebe! Tapos pagdating na sa loob at nagriready, aba! May interview. Iwas agad kami ni Ate Beng, naiwan si Ate Gee, kaso nahatak ako, Ayun. Nakatakas nga ako sa LA, Nahuli naman ako sa NYC. Buti di naman ako utal utal sumagot. mygawd nawindang ako hahaha. Pero GMA Pinoy TV sya e, idk lang kelan ipapalabas or if ipapalabas. π Marami din nagpapicture samin. hehe At! naspottan namin si Sir Rams! Nung outside the venue nakita at nakausap rin namin sya. Tas yung nasa loob na, nakita uli ako, ansabi pa, kada kita sakin iba ang outfit ko lol way back pa kasi sa LA. We took pictures with him. Sobrang bait talaga and accommodating, Thank You po talaga! We appreciate it!
DURING THE SHOW
Our seats werent that far maganda pa ang lighting(?). Isang row kami! Ansaya lang! We were wearing our glow in the dark star bracelets and headband. ππ» Kahit na napanuod ko na sa LA, iba pa rin talaga! And, Yung show sa NYC was a continuation from LA's potpot. Nakakatuwa lang! And as usual, I still felt excited to see Meng perform on stage. Im so proud of youuuu! I still swooned and squealed in kilig sa MaiChard. Walang pagbabago but this time, I didnt record the show much. Gusto ko kasi makita with my own eyes, properly, that time. It was an awesome show as expected. I just became sad coz its the last show. I dont know when will be the next one, maybe after a year? π iNIEwii, pahabol group pics after the show inside the theater!! πΈ
EVENT WITH ALDEN AND MAINE
Grabe ang pagsasama sama ng mga FCs. Nakakatuwa. That was our chance to take a group pic with MaiChard. So we are really trying to behave. Ang hirap kumalma mga beshies pag MaiChard ang pinag uusapan! Hihi π At first, I thought, maggugrupo sa 2 ang Mntcs since andami talaga namin, 2 tables e. Pero buti nagawan ng paraan, #Clingynatics kami kaya we want to be together sa picture, hehe When it was our turn sa Group Pic na Photo Op, nagpaplano na kami pano kami magkakasya at walang matatabunan, so parang sa school lang, find your height! hahahaha Pordalab π ππ» Yung paupo na kami, ako naman si Titig. tinititigan ko ang MaiChard, keshe nemen nepeke SURREAL!! Gaya ng sinabi ko nun Para silang Demi God and Goddess. AFTER THE EVENT
Shekret na lang kung saan. lol Basta we had fun! perstaym na naman. Hahaha At! Grabe! Nagkaencounter na naman ako with Meng, nakasalubong namin sya kaso i did not bother her for pics kasi kararating lang nia. Pero tulaley na naman ako! π Kaya waley pa din nyelfie, huehuehue ok lang, kotang kota naman mata ko. within an arm's reach pa sya. Tska nahihiya ako hehe At eto pa pala, Thank you kay Ate Apple kasi I was able to take a nyelfie with A. Nahiya rin ako nagtatago pa nga ako sa likod ni Ate Gigi pero game naman si Alden so ayun, gorabels. At for the nth time, tumitig uli ako, I was like totoo ba sya? hahaha Tangkad at Ang bango pa. Yung bangong pang Alden Richards lang, Uy ah! wag nio ko ibash, im just stating the twuuuth (truth) hahaha Its true din yung sinasabi ng iba na sya mismo ang magpipic sa inyo. iNIEwii, buong gabi ako nagchachant na "sana makaselfie ko si Meng" paulit ulit. sympre kasi sya ang pinakabias ko (fave kumbaga) kasi kapit n kapit ako talaga hanggang andun pa kami, pero i think theres a reason why di ako nakapagpapic. siguro dahil kotang kota na ako. Im blessed rin kasi sa mga encounters ko sknya. π

We went to Serendipity! Parang feeling ko kasama ko na si Meng. Parang Goals Achieved! Sayang lang kasi it was on the day before they went there. iNIEwii! Nakalong table ang Mntcs USA!! Feeling ko na naman parang long table ng ALDUB hahaha Naimagine ko talaga! ππ»

Unrelated by blood but strongly bonded by love and beyond fandom relationship. A connection thatβs built because of Maine Mendoza. From North to South. East to West. We gathered from different states just to show our love and support for our MAINE Happiness. We took it as once in a lifetime opportunity. Its like now or never. Hitting two birds with one stone. Not only a Tamang Panahon to see her personally but also a Tamang Panahon to finally meet our dear faMAINEly members who live miles and miiiiiiles away. We waited for this to happen. A long time. But like what others say, its always worth the wait for the person or people you truly love. Yung first hug on the 1st time youβve seen each other. Ang higpit. I felt really loved and you will find yourself thinking pa na, βThis is where I belong. I am blessed.β Iβve said this so many times sa mga posts ko, and uulit ulitin ko. Iβve never been this happy in a fandom / FC until I became a MAINE fan and a MAINEnatics. I am proud to be one. I am proud to have them. I am thankful to God.
There are so many things that the trip to LA & NYC for KS sa US made me realize and brought such joy sa kasuluksulukan ng pagtao ko as a fangirl. Yung pagiging proud ko abot hanggang Mars. Huehuehue Pero trufax parang ganyan talaga ang feels ko. It was an amazing experience to the point na till now I canβt contain my happiness. The things we do Pordalab. Ones that mukhang imposible pero totoong nangyari (Ngangawad istachu? ) lol

** The Tamang Panahon to see Meng. The 1st word that best describes the TP is SURREAL. Yung overwhelming bliss at yung sparkles sa eyes ng mga members. Those smiles. The dream that finally came true. That dream na akala mo imposible then you realized na abot pala. Minsan literal na abot kamay. Yung iyak nila. That feeling that you cant even explain in words. Witnessing all these, mas nafeel ko na every pordalab is worth it, lalong lalo na when you are with your faMAINEly.
The highlight of this aMAINEzingly wonderful experience is not only the Tamang Panahon with A&M but also the Tamang Panahon to show our love and support for them in an event or place where we are under the same sky and breathing the same air. Sherep se feeling. To finally being able to do those things with faMAINEly who through ups and downs kashare sa feels mo. Who have your back no matter what. Who extend their hands para mas lalo kang kumapit. This relationship we have is getting stronger and we know that its beyond fandom na. We found another family in our faMAINEly. Di na magbabago yun. Sobrang MAINEhal na MAINEhal ko kayong lahat. I have made few right decisions in my life. Two of those are: 1. Being a Maine fan / Maine being my bias (idol/fave) 2. Joining and being a part of MAINEnatics. Forever akong greatful and thankful.

Thank you so much. Gasgas na to pero talagang Youβve changed my life. Yung impact mo iba. Yung saya ko di mapantayan. Almost 2 yrs na ibang klaseng happiness yung naidudulot mo samin. Because of you, I crossed paths with MAINEnatics. Serendipity. Lahat ng nangyari sakin sa faMAINEly, sa fandom, surreal lahat. Lahat ng pordalab ko. Lahat ng changes sa buhay ko. Thank you talaga. Pero wala ng mas suSURREAL pa sa time na nakita kita. Expect the unexpected talaga. I thought It wont ever happen pa nga. Fangirl kung fangirl. Always nagsusumigaw ang feels. Huehuehue Ayokong mangako ng forever like everyone else and then mapapako, but I will do my very best to support you until the very end. To kapit ng mahigpit. Moreover, MAINEnatics will always be by your side, physically or not. Pinas or Worldwide. Ang pordalab naming abot sa lahat ng kontinente ng mundo. Asahan mo yan.
Hoping that there will be a next time to meet you personally. Most esp with MAINEnatics USA. Will the next time be the Grand Jiti? Jiti sa bawat state?
