[Anyone who might know him well enough would recognize the fact that someone is not happy at the moment. Actually, deadly pissed off might be a better description.]

Can someone tell me if there is a place around suitable for target practice? I’d hate to accidentally hit an innocent person.

Target practice? I believe there is a coliseum atop the floating mountain where people can train. I've yet to use the facilities myself, however, so I can't vouch for it.

Not a problem.

I'm not really concerned over events here, it's more stress relief than anything else.
