Snooze

My iPhone is also my alarm clock. Being the type of person who always hits the 'snooze' button I'm constantly stumped and bewildered when I see the word 'snooze' on the screen. It makes no sense to me when I'm 90% asleep. Snooze? What? Do I touch that? Snooze. What does it mean? Nine minutes later, when my snooze alarm goes off it happens again.
