Hello! Unstretched & layed flat, the top measures nearly 14 inches across the chest. I am able to stretch it quite a bit - to almost 19 inches across! But, despite the stretch, I'm thinking this would best fit very, very petite chest frames - like 32a maybe 32b or 34a? It's just my guess ^^;

For the kingdom hearts snack boxes.. May I please have your zip code? If I use a flat rate box, it may cost $10 or above just to ship it b/c of the volume of the boxes. But depending on the distance and weight, shipping them in a plain old box might be cheaper!

Oh, and since you said you wanted only the boxes.. I'm sure shipping in a plain box would be significantly cheaper as the box would be so light! :)

'Flat Rate Priority mail' for the snack boxes would be 8.95. If you don't mind the wait, I would put it in a plain box. And the charge for that would be $5.
