heydi ho ppl.
so it's raining again in Vancouver, who'd've thought...
Works' a charm at the moment, they still love me, we had our busiest day since last summer on friday so the boss gave us all bonus tips (tips at this place kinda suck. we dont' do table service so only get what they throw in the jar at the counter).
It was even more of a killer since we'd hosted a St Pattys day party at our place the night before, and i'd gotten 3 hours sleep, compounded with barely 5 hours sleep the night before. I really need to work on getting to bed before midnight when i have to wake up at 5am for work.
the party itself was CRAZY! I barely knew 1/4 of the people in my house, but everyone had a good time. nothing was broken, no one spewed up (that we can see), only one person had to be put to bed, and everyone left by 11:30 pm cause we got stormed by the cops! it was hilarious! 5 cop cars, 10 cops, and everyone left in a very orderly fasion.
since it's illegal here to have open alcohol in public, most people left their beers behind! much cheering was made by me joe and nathan after everyone left.
the clean up job was a bit of a tast, but some ppl came over to help, and the extra bonus comes in that you get 10c per bottle when you return your empties to the bottle shop. we made a nice $38 dollars =)
