It's funny how after you've kind of grown up you realize that some of those things people were always telling you are actually true.
And yes it took some growing up to realize those things.
But there's also things people don't tell you.
Like how a friend I met when I was 11 was going to stick with me for 10 years.
Like how the things you never imagined could happen when you were 11 years old managed to happen.
After all that time I can say that I just got home from hanging out with my best friend of 10 years.
That's one of the coolest things about growing up that I've stumbled across so far.
