Yeah. I happen to think Barrick is pretty damn perfect (for me) and the boy has a serious list of flaws. Fairytales are so patriarchal it's ridiculous, and I am going to have to go download that song now.

But I think we all give up on love at one time or another (and another, and another...)

There is a huge problem in thinking that there is someone out the who will "complete me".

Relationships are all learning experiences. With some we learn faster than with others.

And it's great to have time to yourself to learn about and appreciate yourself, as well.

Happy endings.....well, we all die at the end. Is that happy? How about interesting journeys? I like the quote that says ".....happiness is a journey, not a destination...."(Souza)
