As if I have time...
OK so it turns out I've got quite a lot on my plate in spite of unemployment. Get this. Monday started with backing out of a parking spot... and someone else backing into me! Yes, I stopped and honked my horn. no, the airhead backing out didn't pay any attention to me honking and continued to back up and now I need my rear bumper repainted. Yes, I'm going through with it because I'm just pissed off enough about it to give a darn!
I also found an apartment for the fiance and I to move into! We'll be living just a little over from where he currently lives. That means I'm going to be a Seattlite, for real!! I can hardly believe that, but hey, it's true! Two bedroom, two bathroom, washer/dryer unit in the apartment(Daniel's personal victory), dishwasher (my personal victory), and has a balcony!
I also caught a fairly annoying cold last week and while I am mostly recovered, the symptoms are still fairly tenacious. My throat is just a li'l bit sore, and my nose keeps running. Ick. At least my sinuses are clear, I've had enough time to SLEEP, and I'm not coughing! For now.
How's that sound? Enough? Yeah, I've been squirrelling so much stuff away at my place that cleaning, packing and moving will be quite a challenge. I'm going to dedicate myself to that next week. I really can't do much this week since my body is still getting tired somewhat easily. I have a ton of dishes to wash, and then there's all the stuff I really wish I could throw out! We shall see what will happen! Oh and then I also have to come to my parents' house so I can apply for jobs so I can keep those unemployment checks coming! And I might be doing a little part-time babysitting, starting next week. Not entirely sure about that yet, but we shall see! Do I sound unemployed to you??
