12/17? 12/23?
Planning to have a little dinner/dance-y get together at my house sometime the week before Christmas, to celebrate my b-day as well as a chance to see all our friends before the holidays. I don't think there will be a formal or white elephant-esque gift exchange, because if you're like me you find those things a little more wasteful than being particularly rewarding =P, but we can see. I'm trying to figure out what to center the party around, soo.. yeah :) it could still be fun so I dunno, still thinking about it.
Deciding between either Fri evening the 17th or maybe Tues evening the 23rd. For now I am just posting this to see if either of these dates has a strong preference, but I'm leaning towards the Fri evening already.
It's going to be low-key and no big deal if you cant make it. Since I now live in a magical giant house, everyone is most definitely invited! More details should be coming later this week.
Since I know the holidays are crazy busy for everyone, if not many people make it then maybe we can plan a fun night out in January instead. Since I'm so sure everyone would just love to see me for my bday, hah. Usually I don't bother trying to do anything in December since I know its mostly futile, but this time I especially wanted to do it at this point in the month as Hexar will be back in town :)
