I can't get thoughts out in one fell swoop. Just doesn't happen.
In any case, Jenny came bearing many forms of gifts when she came. Aside from bringing herself, she brought requested items from home (like homemade biscotti. My mom is awesome.), AND a present from Megan.
Megan's amazing present was a scrapbook of Christmas/New Year greetings/letters from friends back in the states.
A) I want to thank everyone who contributed! It definitely made me feel loved and missed! It was also really fun to read all of the notes/letters/mini novels. I was laughing out loud to some, definitely. It was also fun to see how each note reflected everyone's personalities. Whether long and rambley, hilarious, or just short and sweet.
B) I've been slacking on postcards, which I knew before receiving the scrapbook. And I had planned on getting my act together and grabbing postcards and such. But I promise postcards for all, don't worry. :) I mean, contributers will get one before I get back to the states. (Hey, I have to make goals attainable. SMARTER goals anyone? Just nerdy APO LEADS kids? Right...) Stay tuned.
Basically, I have amazing friends, bottom line. Love and miss everyone! :)
