So my friend
dreamers_girl has been doing this meme for a while now, and I figured I'd try it myself. It's for 30 days, so if I update every day, I'll finish at the exact end of June. OCD issues solved. \o/

See, I hate picking favorites because more often than not, people want you to pick just one. I can only pick just one in very few categories of things, and this is definately no exception. So I think I'll just list my favorite song from each of my favorite bands. That works, right?
~Fall Out Boy: Sugar We're Goin Down and 7 Minutes In Heaven. (tie) Both of these songs deal with jealousy towards past loves. At the time I really got into music, I found myself really relating to Pete's lyrics. My eighth grade formal nearly paralelled 7 Minutes in Heaven. Both of these songs really stood out to me and helped me cope through my own heartbreak.
~Green Day: Jesus of Suburbia. I might not have had as fucked-up a childhood as others have, but this song just gets me. I don't really know how to describe it other than that. The harshness of the lyrics, Jimmy's frustration with the world, and all of the hardships he went through, only to have everyone screw him over just makes me respect him so much. As much as one can a fictional character, I guess.
~Panic! At The Disco: Nine in the Afternoon. This song is so happy and upbeat, it just makes me want to get up and sing along with it every time. There's a reason I listened to it every night before I went to sleep. Watching the music video makes me really sad they don't make music like this any more, but what can I say. People change.
~Cobra Starship: Guilty Pleasure. Another song that just makes me get up and dance every time I hear it. It's quite catchy, and I love both the home-made and studio music videos; they make me smile and get all happy inside. 8D
~The Beatles: Here Comes the Sun. In my mind, I consider this more of a George Harrison song, but what can you expect from a George fangirl? ;D It's very sunny and cheerful; also quite relaxing. If I ever pick up guitar, this is the first song I'm learning.
