Interesting day...
Hello everyone out there in the "blogging" world!
My interview with NFL films went really well. I think I will get the internship, I have my fingers crossed!! XX I answered all of their questions really well and was super friendly haha
Well as the title says, I had a pretty interesting day.. I'll go back to last Tuesday. I went to my 9:25 government and politics class, and to our surprise, our professor never showed up. I figured he had an emergency or something so we waited around for 20 minutes then made up an assignment sheet and left. Now I'll fast forward to this Tuesday, he didn't show up again. So we go up to the political science department to let them know to see if they could get in touch with them, since he clearly hadn't or there would be a note on the door right? Well there was no one there to tell, so when I got home I emailed him to ask what was up with our class and to see if he was ok. WELL, today we go to class againnnnnn and there is the political science chairman to let us know that our professor had passed away. Crazy right? So today was the last day of class.. our grade is just going to be the only grade we had in the class, our midterm, which I got an A on so I'm happy about that :)
Then I went through the rest of my classes, sold back some books (I'm never buying books from the bookstore again... they totally rip you off, go to Amazon.com- you can find everything there 1/2 as expensive as the bookstore!!!), and then had work at Rowan until 6:30.. long day!!
Once I got home I ate some cereal and got ready to go to my Muay Thai class. We worked on different punching combinations and push kicks, wheel kicks, and knees. It was a really fun class, I got a good workout!
Oh and yesterday the Rowan's boys basketball played Rutgers Camden and we won! it was a very exciting game. we were up by 8-10 the whole first period then during the second period we kept a 1 point lead, then they would take the lead by a point and vice versa. Then it came down to the last 30 seconds and I think the score was 69 Rutgers- 68 Rowan, and with 4 seconds left we made a 2 point shot and won the game! It was so exciting, and I don't even really like basketball! THe crowd rushed down onto the court- there was jsut so much energy in the gym it was awesome!
