Here we go...
School starts Monday. I guess i'm pretty excited about it. I got my books a couple of days ago. for 11 books it was $464! I'm so glad i got scholarship money, cuz that was a lot of money! I have to have 5 books just for my spanish class!!! isn't that crazy?!
I went shopping today and spent a ton of money, but i got 3 pairs of new jeans, 2 pairs of dress pants, 2 dress shirts, 2 zip ups, a pinocchio shirt, and 3 other shirts. Plus i got 2 outfits for my yoga class and a new My Chem. shirt for Chad, a sports bra, some new socks and a pair of Nike's... i got my step-dad a new memory card, and my parents a $40 gift certificate for red lobster for their anniversary. i only spent a little under $300. yeah, it sounds like a lot of money, and it is, but look how much i got for it! I'm a great shopper, what can i say?
Guess what else i got? I got a kickass new laptop!!!I love it! It is so awesome! It's super duper fast! I also got a new hp printer/scanner/copier and this sweet bag for my laptop that looks like a designer purse! It was so exciting!!! I'm really going to need it for school, so i'm so glad i got it!
So, everyone's at bandcamp now, and i'm stuck here alone. I miss Chad. But i'm not freaking out like i usually do when he leaves. I guess i'm getting used to it. He's going to be gone until Monday afternoon, so almost right after school i get to see him! He's leaving again next weekend too. I'm kinda bummed, but like i said, i'm starting to get used to it. I still really miss him though and can't wait for him to get home!
I just got off the phone with my little brother a little while ago. He's such a great kid! I might be meeting him next weekend! I'm so excited about it! And before i got off the phone with him, he gave me my dad's cell phone #. So as soon as i got off the phone with Garrit, i called my dad. We didn't talk for too long, but it was nice while it lasted. He says he'll call within the next couple of days, but we'll see...
