Cheery post again :o)
Am in a much better mood than I was last week...had a lovely weekend with Ian. Spent Saturday covering all the wild ratty tunnel entrances to the garage with chicken wire and weighing it down with bricks which seems to have thwarted Mr Furry so far. Went for a nice walk on Gower in the sunshine on Sunday to Oxwich Point. Phil and Sue came over on Sat morning as well to pick their girls up, so it was nice seeing them too.
I've also put down a deposit on a secondhand 17-55mm f2.8 Nikon lens as a replacement for the D60 kit lens that is going along with the D60 when I sell it to Ian in a couple of week, so am feeling chirpy about that too....about time I had a pro-quality lens, and can't in my wildest dreams afford one new at the moment! It arrives once the D60 goes basically so I won't be short of a landscape lens for any length of time.
Have day of fieldwork tomorrow too, in Pembrokeshire, I love it when I get paid to go to nice places! It'll probably rain knowing my usual luck...
Also had an amusing thought...my new job title following the company reorganisation is Environment Monitoring Officer....I'm an EMO!! :)
