Eleven/Amy. I seriously can't help it - I just really love their dynamic. Their friendship is really my first priority, and the romantic aspect is more like the cherry on top :)

Doctor/TARDIS. OMG, 'The Doctor's Wife' completely won me over for these two. I mean, HE CRIED. And it totally broke my heart into a bajillion pieces. Not to mention, this is really the only ship that will end up together no matter what, which makes me happy!

Doctor/River. I just...I'm not there. I honestly don't know what it is, but I just don't enjoy this pairing at all. I don't know...hopefully someday my mind will be changed, as it seems like she's going to be around for a while. I think what I mostly don't like about them is the fact that River seems like this awesome independent person, but then her entire life revolves around the Doctor, which is sad...
