Wow.
It's been... ages since I've visited LiveJournal. However, much the chagrin of Death... I am still alive.
I am in Afghanistan as I write this. Kandahar is "something else." But I have met some really, really good people out here. It's kind of ironic that I come out here, leave all the things I know and which comfort me, and still find myself settling in as if it were "just another day."
