2019 update

So its November 2019.
I'm living with my partner. We have been together for around 2 and a bit years.
I am working in real estate again and whether this is a good thing or not depends on the day I am having. Today it is a good thing.
I bought a new car last month and I LOVE IT! It's not a 'brand new' car but its the newest car I have ever owned! It is a 2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara. We are off to Wedge Island this weekend with friends so i can test out my new car and do some maintenance on the shack.

So now I have got that stuff done and dusted, let's go straight into my feelings lol...

I will admit that since Billy and I have got together, I have put on a bit of weight... 15kgs to be exact!
It's only been a little bit here and there but when you add it all up, its a fucking hard number to swallow (which is ironic considering it appears I had no issue swallowing food!)

I have been going to F45 4-5 times per week and following a healthy eating plan during the week but I realise that my weekends are what are killing my vibe. I work my ass off and do the best I can only to fuck it all up when Friday rolls around.

So I am starting this journal back up so I can write my feeeeeelings down as I don't feel comfortable talking to anyone else. Everyone says 'you aren't fat, you look fine.. etc' but dude, I am 15kgs heavier than I was in 2017 and 20kgs heavier than I was when i returned from Canada!

I am taking ownership of my failures and making the appropriate changes to ensure I only succeed.
We are off to NZ for christmas and I told myself I would lose the weight before then, now we are like 6-8 weeks out and I am still FAT! So this month I ramping up my exercise and cutting back on my food a little, not a lot as I know I need to fuel my body but I feel like I need to do something!!

I will write my plan up in another post but for now I just needed to get that out of my system.

Yep, I am once again obsessed with my weight and I won't stop until I feel confident and happy again!!
