I kind of feel like I've been punched in the stomach

So the first love of my life, Tom, requested me as a friend of his on Facebook. I accepted and was able to view pics of his wedding and wife. I'm happy for him, but I still kind of feel like I've been punched in the stomach. I'm not sure why I feel like this.

Natalie and I think that all ex-boyfriends should be banished to another planet. It would just be easier this way.
