where my life has taken me recently!
it has been an absolute age since i updated! and a lot has gone on really-its been a busy few weeks!
at the beginning of july buggy visited for 10 days, which was absolute fun from beginning to end! we filled the week with a trip to the seaside, the zoo and a weekend on London, where we managed to sumble across the start of the Tour de France, which was unexpected but fun!
before the summer holidays started I visited the school i will be working at for the forseeable future and got to meet both staff and kids which was fun, if slightly daunting! i can't quite believe i start my full time job in 2 and 1/2 weeks!
I went in holiday to the south of france with the family, which was a lot less stressful than i had anticipated! it was nice to just chill in the sun and spend time with my parents without any stresses-and the copious amounts of rose wine was a bonus!
i got back on the 1st and have moved house! i now live in Leicester in a 1 bed flat, and so far things are going well! i finally got the internet set up yesterday, after a week without it, so all is good!
last weekend i went on a canal boat trip with Lauren and her friends which was so much fun-though we weren't so great at steering the boat! and this weekend the girls from uni are visiting and get to be my first guests in my new home!
so life is flying by, and going pretty well!
