(no subject)
um, so i definately finished the new Harry Potter book tonight -- what the fuck??? I find it pathetic that I am 22 and a half and spent a good 20 minutes of my evening sobbing at the end of a children's book. I won't ruin it for those who are (or plan to) reading it -- i.e. Jamie, since you're the only one of my friends who is a dork like me --- but seriously.... J.K. Rowling is on my list. Besides the ending though, this was def. my favorite book in the series so far. Ok, the geek portion of this entry is over.
So.. big Cubs/Cards games this weekend. I'm goind down on Friday w/Court, Meg, Morgan, Teddy, and one of his friends. It should be a blast, we're staying the night and going to party it up on The Landing. Too bad I'm a broke bitch this week. It was very unfortunate the game fell the weekend before a payday. Oh well, I'll survive. Well, guess I better go - need to go do some laundry. Whoo, exciting. ML.
